ON-LINE RESERVATIONS:
1) This list can be found on the THS website (www.thsweb.com) and may be filled out and submitted on-line (with an immediate response).
2) You should receive your confirmation or contract back within 10 seconds (if submitted on the THS website)
HARD COPY PROCEDURE:
1) Select your choice of hotels and then forward the hotel request to the Fax Number or Address on the form.
2) THS will send you a confirmation (if it’s for 1-3 rooms), or an agreement to sign (for 4 or more rooms) along with a rooming list to complete. If you need any assistance, call 866-536-6968
3) You should receive a fax within 2 business days or by mail within 5 business days. If you do not receive it by then, please call us immediately.
