On-Line Reservations:

• The hotel list and reservation form can be found on the THS website (www.thsweb.com) and may be filled out and submitted on-line (with an immediate response).
• You should receive your confirmation or contract back within 10 seconds (if submitted on the THS website),

HARD COPY PROCEDURE:

• Select your choice of hotels and then forward the HOTEL RESERVATION REQUEST FORM to the Fax Number or Address on the form.  Note – the Hotel List and the reservation form can also be found on the THS website (www.thsweb.com), and may be filled out and submitted on-line (with an immediate response).
• THS will send you a confirmation (if it’s for 1-3 rooms), or an agreement to sign (for 4 or more rooms) along with a rooming list to complete.  If you need any assistance, call 866-536-6968
• You should receive a fax within 2 business days or by mail within 5 business days.  If you do not receive it by then, please call us immediately.

Teams NOT using THS will be required to use the Non-THS Hotel Information Form and submit it at with entry or registration check-in.
