Club Divisions split for the 2004 Junior Olympic Girls Volleyball Championships.
The YJOVD General Forum in August voted to split the Club Division to accommodate more
participation by splitting the Club division into two divisions (National and American).

- The Hotel list can be found on the THS website,
and may be filled out and submitted from there (with an immediate response).
- You should receive your confirmation or contract back within 10 seconds (if submitted on our website)
Hard Copy Procedure
- Select your choice of hotels and then forward the hotel request to the Fax Number or
Address on the HOTEL FORM.
- THS will send you a confirmation (if it's for 1-3 rooms), or an agreement to sign
(for 4 or more rooms) along with a rooming list to complete. If you need any assistance,
call (866) 536-6968.
- You should receive a fax back within 2 business days or by mail within 5 business days.
If you do not receive it by then, please call THS immediately.

Practice
There will NOT be any practice times available in the Reliant Center. A list of local gyms
holding practice space for you to secure at your own discretion will be available and posted on the
USAV web site April 14th. There will NOT be any court time available in the venue prior to the
beginning of competition for either wave or session.

Results Reporting Explanation
Each of the Girls National Qualifiers will use either TIVA or Sign-Up-To-Play for tournament entry
and Results Reporting. The USA Junior Olympics Championships (Boys, Girls & Invitational) will use the
TIVA Results Reporting section. These two systems are the preferred process for reporting results for
the Competition Commission and the Seeding Committees.
The (MS Excel Spreadsheet) Results Reporting Form is a last resort and not the preferred process.
