On-Line Hotel Reservations:

• The Hotel list can be found on the THS website, and may be filled out and submitted from there (with an immediate response).
• You should receive your confirmation or contract back within 10 seconds (if submitted on our website),

Hard Copy Procedure:

• Select your choice of hotels and then forward the hotel request to the Fax Number or Address on the HOTEL FORM.
• THS will send you a confirmation (if it’s for 1-3 rooms), or an agreement to sign (for 4 or more rooms) along with a rooming list to complete. If you need any assistance, call (866) 536-6964.
• You should receive a fax back within 2 business days or by mail within 5 business days. If you do not receive it by then, please call THS immediately.
