13 - 18 & Under Club Divisions - $900.00 ( U.S. Currency)

12 & Under Club Division - $700.00 ( U.S. Currency)

Dates Of Competition:

Field Sizes for the 17 & 18 will be adjusted if a need arises in multiples of 4 teams up to 48 teams max.

Hotel Reservations made through THS Housing Service

On-Line Hotel Reservations:

The Hotel list can be found on the THS website, and may be filled out and submitted from there (with an immediate response). You should receive your confirmation or contract back within 10 seconds (if submitted on our website).

Hard Copy Procedure:

1. Select your choice of hotels and then forward the hotel request to the Fax Number or Address on the HOTEL FORM.
2. THS will send you a confirmation (if it’s for 1-3 rooms), or an agreement to sign (for 4 or more rooms) along with a rooming list to complete. If you need any assistance, call (866) 536-6964.
3. You should receive a fax back within 2 business days or by mail within 5 business days. If you do not receive it by then, please call THS immediately.

Practice:

There will NOT be any practice times available in the Minneapolis Convention Center. A list of local gyms holding practice space for you to secure at your own discretion will be available and posted on the USAV web site April 14th. There will NOT be any court time available in the venue prior to the beginning of competition for either wave or session.

Pre-Tournament Ticket Sales

Pre-Tournament tickets can be ordered on-line through the USA Volleyball website. Save yourself time by ordering online! THE DEADLINE FOR ORDERING TICKETS ONLINE IS JUNE 9th. Children 12 and under are free.

Please NOTE: There will be an automatic $3.00 added to all ticket orders for shipping and handling charges. There will be no Will Call at the Invitational event this year. All tickets will be shipped so that they can be tracked for delivery. USAV will not refund or exchange tickets. Lost tickets will not be replaced.

Any USAV registered personnel or player listed on the roster will not need to purchase tickets.
