Team Definitions:

Teams are same gender boys or girls, ages 8 – 20 (No Co-ed teams!)

Age Definitions: Please note: Age definitions are different than USAV Indoor classifications.

10 and Under - Year Born: 1997 - 1998
12 and Under - Year Born: 1995 - 1996
14 and Under - Year Born: 1993 - 1994 (Junior Olympic)
16 and Under - Year Born: 1991 - 1992 (Junior Olympic)
18 and Under - Year Born: 1989 - 1990 (Junior Olympic/ FIVB Youth U19)
20 and Under - Year Born: 1987 - 1988 (FIVB Junior U21)

**No Walk-Up registration for the U20 division. Players must sign up online.

Pool play and playoffs; format may be altered by tournament director without notice.

What to bring to finalize registration:

Pre-registered for event:

• Proof of USAV Membership or the signed waiver/release and membership registration form, completed and signed, and the Medical Release Form
• If you were notified that your USAV membership could not be verified, you will need to complete the USAV Beach Membership Form including a signature from a parent/guardian and pay $5 on site by cash or check.  (In general, notifications concerning USAV memberships are emailed on the Friday prior to the event.)

Walk-up:  

• Proof of USAV Membership or the signed waiver/release and membership registration form, cash or check (no credit cards are accepted for walk-up registration), Medical Release Form.  A parent/guardian must be present to sign the Medical Release and waiver/release forms. 

What to bring for the tournament: Clothes appropriate beach competition (i.e. shorts, t-shirt, bathing suit), water, sunscreen, snacks, socks… and a good attitude!
