HOUSING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL TEAMS

Follow the instructions below to manually book hotel rooms for the 2007 USA Junior Olympic Girls ’ Volleyball Invitational.

The hotel list and reservation form can also be found on THS’ website (www.thsweb.com), and may be filled out and submitted from there (with 30 second response time).

Select your choice of hotels, then forward the hotel request to the fax number or address at the bottom of the form (2007 THS Hotel Listing and Reservation Form).
THS will send you an agreement to sign along with a rooming list to complete. If you need any assistance, call (888) 536-0366.
You should receive a contract e-mailed back within 30 seconds (if submitted on our web site), faxed back within two business days, or received by mail within five (5) business days. If you do not receive it by then, please call us immediately.

PARENTS
TO BOOK HOTEL ROOMS THROUGH THS, FOLLOW THE SAME INSTRUCTIONS AS LISTED ABOVE. YOU WILL NEED THE 11-DIGIT TEAM CODE FOR YOUR DAUGHTER ’S TEAM TO PROCEED WITH THE BOOKING. PLEASE OBTAIN THIS FROM THE TEAM’S HEAD COACH OR CLUB DIRECTOR.

The Atlanta Link - Is the sole shuttle operator at the airport that serves Downtown, Midtown and Buckhead. The Atlanta Link ticketing counter is located in the Ground Transportation Center in the Arrivals Lobby inside the airport as you come up the escalator in the main terminal (before baggage claim). The shuttle leaves the airport every 15 minutes from 6 a.m. - 12 a.m. (Wait time may be incurred at the airport prior to departure and each vehicle may make additional stops prior to your destination.)
