MAJOR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION: 2007 – Pan American Games (Bronze Medal).

INTERNATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS: 2007 – Reserve on Pan American Games roster.

COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS: Noble, a four-year letterwinner at San Jose State University, finished her career as one of nine Spartans to record 1,000 or more career kills. A 2003 All-Western Athletic Conference First-Team selection during her senior campaign in 2003, she concluded her career with 1,809 kills for second all-time at the school. Noble added a school-record 5,013 attack attempts. She competed in two NCAA Tournaments, including an upset victory over Santa Clara University during the 2001 event as a sophomore. Noble played one season on the Spartan women’s basketball team in 2004-05 after exhausting her volleyball eligibility.

PERSONAL: Born Kimberly Gwen Noble on April 9, 1982, in Mission Viejo, Calif…Parents are Reed and Karen Noble…Has three siblings, sisters Michell and Marcie, and brother Reed…Favorite athlete is Michael Jordan…Favorite book is the Notebook…Favorite food is In-N-Out Burger…Hobbies include dancing, going to the beach, playing sports…Most admired person is niece Alicia Noval because she is a leukemia survivor enduring three years of chemotherapy… Among her craziest things ever done include kicked field goals at halftime of a Raiders football game and dance and did the worm in the end zone in front of 30,000 fans…Served a the director of inner-city games in San Jose where girls who never got the chance to play volleyball at their schools could have a chance to play and learn from college athletes…Attended San Jose State from 2000-2005 and earned a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology.
