  • Attendance at a 4th additional Module - which often can be purchased & completed during the same course weekend or may be attended at other USAV-CAP approved Clinic Modules. Some USAV High Performance Coaching Clinic Sessions may meet this requirement.
  • Submission of a signed Code of Ethics (included in course materials; will be collected at your course)
  • Passing grade (90%) on written CAP Level I Test (information and login/password is emailed to all participants following the course weekend); DEADLINE for passing this test is 45 days following the course date.
