2009 USA Volleyball Girls' Junior Olympic Championships

Complete Registration Form below and email, fax or mail according to instructions on the form.

June 26 (Day 1), July 4 (Day 9) and July 5 (Day 10) of Girls is closed for further registrations.  A sufficient number of referees have registered at this time for the limited number of courts / teams scheduled for those dates.

Transportation :  Starting on Friday, June 26^th, USAV will have a shuttle bus running from the Hilton and the Hyatt to the Convention Center and back.  The shuttle will be through American Coach Lines and will have a sign in the window that says "USA Volleyball Staff and Officials Only".

The hours of operation for the shuttle from June 26^th - July 4^th will be:

6:30am - 10:30am

1:00pm - 5:00pm

7:30pm - 11:30pm

On July 5^th the hours will be:

6:30am - 10:30am

2:00pm-6:00pm
