INTERNATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS: 2003 - Returned to the lineup for the first time in more than
one year on Sept. 15 when she started a match against Costa Rica at the NORCECA Zone
Championships…Named "Best Setter" of the NORCECA Zone Championships as Team USA qualified
for the World Cup by winning the gold medal…Helped the United States earn a bronze medal
at the 2003 World Cup and a berth in the 2004 Summer Olympic Games in Athens, Greece…Took
time off to give birth to her first child, son Jordan, who was born in February 2003.
2002 - Played professionally for Metodo Minetti Vicenza in Italy's Serie A1. 2001 - Earned
Most Valuable Player honors at the World Championship Qualification Tournament…Captured
the Best Setter award at the NORCECA Zone Championships…Named the Best Setter at the World
Grand Prix…Played professionally for Castelo de Maia in Portugal. 2000 - Played in four
sets of the NIKE Americas' Volleyball Challenge, helping Team USA qualify for the 2000
Sydney Olympics…Set in 12 sets on the Russia Trip, posting 11 digs, four blocks, two
aces and a kill…Set Team USA to a five-set victory over Japan in Colorado Springs…Played
in 10 sets of the Japan Tour, recording eight blocks, seven digs and four kills…Set
the
team to victories over No. 4 China, No. 5 Korea and No. 7 Japan at the Grand Prix…Led the
team to a .263 hitting percentage and a fourth place at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games,
starting all seven matches. 1999 - Played in two games on the Australia Trip…Set in
seven games at the NORCECA Championship, posting one kill, one ace and nine digs…Played
in 13 sets at the World Cup, posting 28 digs, four kills and two aces.
COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS: Finished second on UH career list with 4,313 assists and ninth in
career digs with 914…Helped the Wahine post a 66-4 overall record her final two
seasons, including a 35-3 mark in 1995 in reaching the national championship match.

Hawaii…Parents are Talmage and Lovina Ah Mow…Has two brothers (Kekoa and Tyson) and
two sisters (Dara and Arlene)…Her husband's name is Niobel Rafael Santos and he is a
member of the U.S. Armed Forces who served in Iraq from February to November, 2003.…They
have a son, Jordan Nohili Ah Mow Santos, who was born on Feb. 2, 2003 …Graduated from
the University of Hawai'i in 1996 with a degree in sociology…The person she admires
most is her mother because…"She's my best friend."
