The USA Volleyball Youth and Junior Olympic Division (YJOVD) will hold its mid-year meeting in Colorado Springs at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort on Oct. 5-7. Concurrently, the USA Volleyball Regional Operations Division (ROD) and USA Volleyball Executive Committee will conduct meetings at the same time and location. Pat and Howard McChesney have been involved as players, coaches and fans for over 50 years and have been coming to Pearce home and away games since the school was started over 30 years ago. Pat has played and observed Olympic Junior and Senior volleyball from Mexico City to Denmark. She has been involved with the Olympic and U.S. Sports Fests, the Olympic Committee and USOC meetings and the USAV Board of Directors. Matches scheduled to be broadcast include North Florida at Tampa on Oct. 19 (7 p.m. ET), UC San Diego at Cal State San Bernardino on Oct. 27 (10 p.m. ET), Hawai'i Pacific at Hawai'i-Hilo on Nov. 1 (1 a.m. ET) and the Northeast-10 Conference Championship on Nov. 10 (7 p.m. ET).
